The Formula does not require a doctor’s prescription, but the return policy is similar to that stated by the FDA for prescription drugs.
Roca Labs® cannot accept packages back once they’ve been shipped due to customers lack of assurance of the strength, quality, purity or identity of the product. The Formula’s complete list of ingredients is available on the website, and each potential customer is responsible for reading them and making sure he or she is able to take it before ordering. This also includes reading the site’s documentation, checking that one is not allergic to any ingredients, and consulting with a doctor if one has any special medical issues. Any and all medical questions must be addressed to a doctor PRIOR to making the purchase.
On rare occasions, Roca Labs® may accept the return of unopened purchases. The shipping box must be unopened, and we must receive a note from your physician informing us of a newly developed or diagnosed medical condition that prevents you from using the Formula. In such events we will charge a 15% restocking fee and $25 shipping fee, and you will receive a refund within 10 days.
